Coldplay Live

ok so i got some super craptacular tickets for the toronto show on july 30th......hoping to find somthing better i started to entering my self in to ticket contested for show around canada. thats when i noticed that one contest was for calgary show... the weird thing was its show is also on july 30th WTF im so lost is the contest wrong or is it ticket master... its not like some no name is doing the contest it by a well know company can anyone shed some light on this?

So while I was gone they delayed the tour by a couple weeks huh? Anyone else like that its been delayed? Id actually rather go in August than in July, but that's just me. My deepest apologies and sincerest remorse to those who cannot go to the concert anymore due to the changed dates. I was almost in that boat, but very fortunately I was able to work it out. For those who couldn't I really hope you can still get to see them at some point.

So, I have successfully gotten cameras into concerts every time. Does anyone have any advice, tricks, or tips on getting cameras into the concert? Thanks

The news is out on coldplay.com that the tickets are being given out for free on a first come first serve deal. it's for the filming of a live concert which is going out on BBC2 and is being held, (obviously) at the BBC television centre. you are able to sign up for them from 10.30am tomorrow morning. (6th June) the show is being held sometime in the middle of june, but Coldplay are unable to announce when as of yet go to www.bbc.co.uk/tickets to get yours as of tomorrow morning. -- so, who's signing up? it's stirctly for UK residents only.

Just wondering if anyone out there is going to the Today Show to catch them on June 27th.

They have room to fit in a third Toronto show on August 1 - does anyone think they will make any anouncements? Thanks

what are the songs that you are really hoping for coldplay to play at your tour location? be realistic too, like obviously they arent going to play bsides, or songs like a whisper or we never change,etc, etc... mine is : politik violet hill lost! Question about the free show tix. Were people who were not the original contest winners of the free tix able to get in to the show? They note that they will be "checking tickets" in the winners' letters and I want to know what that exactly means. I ask bc I can get tickets from a friend who won them, but dont want get denied at the door for the NYC-MSG show bc I was not the original winner and he wont be there if I go. Any info on how they handled this situation at the Brixton show would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Now we just saw the set list and heard an awesome concert. We heard songs we knew we would such as lovers in japan and clocks. we were surprised by somethings such as square one in the middle of the set. But it was awesome The next step Giving us something different at the next show. I would love to hear some classics such as shiver, spies, don't panic, the scientist, amsterdam or even see you soon. Also i think they should at some point put in daahf and cemetaries PLEASE MIX IT UP COLDPLAY! I WANT TO BE SURPRISED WHEN I SEE YOU

I'm not going to say this is the best Coldplay song...no way not even close. However, it is a very fun, fast-paced, up-beat rock song that I can't get enough of. It really gets my blood pumping and when I work out I play it over and over. I drive with the windows down and turn it up real loud when Chris breaks it down and the whole band just collaborates and makes a hell of a good rock song. However...it doesn't really sound Coldplay-ish but I wish they would've made this on one of their records...it sure beats Violet Hill as their "standard Oasis-sounding rock song" for the album. Anyone else agree?

ok, so I got a chance to see them perform VLV on the Jonathan Ross show, and although I think that it's great performance i'm very disappointed with the band. The reason for this being that they are using pre-recorded parts from the song and playing along.
