At the end of Politik live from pretty much all tours before this one, Chris ended the song by playing two chords back and forth and some some short scale to end the song. Can someone tell me what chords and notes he is playing at the end? Hey Guitarist/anyone who can help, I know that the A Rush Of Blood To The Head Tour verse has a different introduction to spies. Okay, so it's a pretty simple song, but as there are no tabs/chords out quite yet I thought it'd be only a matter of time before people came running. I'm usually pretty dense when it comes to sorting these things out, but I thought I'd get the main idea out there and some more brilliant minds can come along and adjust it accordingly. by what I can see, the verse is just F for several lines, then Ab, and back to F. There feels like there is some variation here, like a C, or Ab but I can't put my finger on it. Then the chorus goes Dm, F, Ab, F, Dm, F...and at the end I think it's something like Ab, C, F. but again, I'm not sure. Help?

Can anyone tab the vocals on the most popular songs of coldplay? That would be very awesome if you could play the vocals of yellow on the guitar!!! :)

I was wondergin what is chris playing? during the second part of the song he plays the same riff that Jonny does, but on the third part is he playing just the chords? It seems he's playing e-0--3 B-1--0 G-2--0 D-0--0 A-3--2 E-3--3 (according to the lyrics) and then he plays something else but I have no idea what it is, I thought it was just the bassline but on live videos show somethingelse

I finally got to see Coldplay's performance on the X-Mas TOTP special and I noticed Jonny had a Marshall half stack next to his Fender Devilles. Has he used a marshall as part of his live setup all of the current tour? Also, does anyone have info on the specific model he's running?

Ok, so I got myself some lyrics written down, they read as songs with verses, choruses ectra. Bit of rhyming and a bit of off hand lyrical exploration. Still I don't write simply and I have a hard time turning music out of my weird lyrics. Im quite limited on my knowledge of the guitar, I only really know open chords. Hi I saw this picture from the Shiver video and I was wondering about that second Wah Wah pedal. I had only ever seen Jon's Chrome Cry Baby Wah Wah but he has another one here, any ideas why? Is it for show? Or for use and if so where?

I know I do this a lot, but I'm looking for another photo and since I've had good results asking here, I decided it couldn't hurt... Looking through th multi-media of live photos, I've found several pictures of the bands' gear (guitars in racks etc.) I've seen them for Chris' acoustics, Chris' electrics' Guy's basses, and the rack with the gear they take up into the audience for the acoustic set. So...has anyone seen a comprable photo depicting Jon's guitars? I'm building a website and I'd really like to have a photo of what he's using pictured all together like I havwe for the other members' gear.

People usually say, that it's hard to get The Coldplay sound...that you need expensive gear...here is what i created using just a boss me-50 unit, Fender Mex 50's Strat, and an old and small johnson's amp(10 or 15 watts...i don't know :D ) I know i'm improvising too, but the solo at 3:25 came out great...the sound is great considering that i recorded it with nokia 6120 classic...i know i wouldn't watch it bescause of the description, but i know that some of you will and some of you might find it likeable...hope to get some comments on parts i need to work on :) thanx :) Jānis Ps. watch the solo at 3:25 :) and don't bragg about gear, cause i've got pedals too :) this wa…

I've been dying to play proof on the piano, but I cant read music. I can play by ear sort of, if anyone can tell me the first couple notes on the piano that would be awesome just to get me started! Anything is appreciated:)

Has anyone worked out Jon's part for Yes on guitar? (I've found tons of tabs for acoustic that are clearly not the part for electric guitar.) In particular, is the tuning funky somehow. I've fiddled around with several tunings but can't get it sounding close to correct.

Hey, I thougt I'd start a topic where people can ask questions, who need a bit help while learning to play the keyboard/piano... --- Okay, my first question... I was learning the C and G chord today. I have no problem playing the C chord. With the G chord I was wondering, if it's a problem when I am playing it with other fingers than the book is saying. Book is saying use fingers 1, 3 and 5. But I prefer fingers 1, 2 and 5. Could this be a problem later, when I am playing the G chord different, or doesn't that matter which fingers I'm using?
