THE **I LOVE HARRY POTTER** THREAD

Featured Replies

It's not going to have anything to do with Harry Potter though.

Thanks because I couldn't read that on my own.

Lol, sorry I felt the need to post that in the **I LOVE HARRY POTTER** thread since it's topic title just gives the idea this is mainly about Harry Potter, not J.K. Rowling.

Do you think they'll make an adaptation of 'The Tales Of Beedle The Bard'?

I love that book.

I know it's not JK Rowling, I just need to ask. I hope they do, really, as it's a brilliant book.

Sigh, took their damn time.

I didn't know it wasn't open to everyone

I don't really understand what it is anyway

I still hope they announce that the new JK Rowling book actually is something to do with Harry Potter.

And as for the adults, I'm sorry but 6&7 Potter weren't exactly children's books.

I just rewatched The Half Blood Prince the other day and as much as I like loads of the other characters lots, Harry himself is such an insufferable ****.

The Harry Potter series is now available from Amazon via the Pottermore website as of today!

So for those with Kindles, get clicking. Finally, they took forever to make the electronic version available. But either way, I'm happy :-)

Did you need it on Kindle? I imagine the vast majority already own (or have read) the series.

True, but I'm sure that won't stop the vast majority from purchasing an electronic copy as well.

For myself, however, I am part of the few people walking this Earth who has yet to read the entire series, and would prefer to do so with the ease and convenience of the Kindle version.

Hey everyone! So pottermore is open for everyone! I've just spent like 3hrs playing on it. Its really fun!

It is! I really want to start playing The Chamber Of Secrets, I've been waiting since August :|

Expect to wait longer for non-beta users to play through the first instalment...

Ahhh I can't wait for other books to open!

A bit off topic but has someone already bought The Casual Vacancy? The reviews are really mixed :\

I was thinking the same thing! I wonder how it is....the reviews are really Mixed!

I'm planning on buying "The Casual Vacany" when it comes out here tomorrow. It won't be another Harry Potter, but Jo is such an incredible writer, so I have no doubt that it will be amazing. :)

As for Harry, it still guts me to read the last book or watch the Epilogue scene in the last film. I still can't do it without crying my eyes out. Without a doubt, Harry Potter is one of the greatest book series ever written.

:wacky:

I personally think it should be left, I'm not keen on the idea.
