Speed of sound was used in an itunes ad too if im not mistaken? its an advert for the music rather than a product..much like seeing an advert for their album..its not advertising a drink or toy...etc

Yeah, I think it's the VIOLET HILL video rather than a VIVA LA VIDA one. The iTunes ad is so awesome. It's fun and colourful, and has COLDPLAY in it! :D

 

I couldn't really ask for more... except maybe a full version, and possibly a new album. ;)

I'd be very happy if this Apple commercial becomes a full lengh video for Viva La Vida. But unfortunateley it seems to me more like the U2's Vertigo commerical:

One question: anybody knows if the Speed Of Sound apple commercial was released BEFORE the full lengh Speed Of Sound video?

Hmmm... I can see the resemblance, but I think the COLDPLAY ad is far more superior. :)

 

It's an 'updated version' I guess you could say. I think the 30 seconds we got is just so incredible. THE COLOURS! Like many people have said, it's really hard not to watch it over and over... :D
