I thought Chelsea was bad, but this is the biggest disgrace we've seen when it comes to football and expenses, it's a total mockery and I'm sure Man City will be even worse this year, and I would fucking love that.

 

That said, if Newcastle were given that money, it's not like any of us would turn it down, but we'd at least take it one step at a time, not talking about winning the league when you came 5th last year.
