Yup - it makes him look like a spiv!

Apparently he's not going to shave it off until Newcastle get a win. Could be there for a while, then!

Just read that Ozil is signed for Real Madrid... idk what to think.

Oh dear Spurs. A whole seasons hard work blown in 45 minutes. 3-0 after half an hour to Young Boys!

I do. He's gone for the money.
I do. He's gone for the money.

That's sad. But seriously how many midfielders does Real Madrid need? I wonder who is going to be up for selling.

So Spurs can't even beat a team of "young boys". What a disgrace!

^I thought even you were above that joke.

No wait I didnt!

Young Boys were incredible throughout the whole game, Spurs should have been battered. What a goal by Pavlyuchenko.

I still think Spurs will edge it, but this tie could have been dead. YB's missed about 4 great chances in the 2nd half.

When everyone wakes up, they will know MANCHESTER CITY have signed yet another superstar. 125 million quid.. and we are still counting...

We welcome Mr Milner... to the project.

Barton should hang out with these dudes.

Manchester City have today completed the signing of James Milner from Aston Villa.

Milner completes his move from the West Midland club in time to be available for a debut in front of the City fans for Monday evening’s eagerly anticipated game against Liverpool. He will not be able to feature in tomorrow evening’s Europa League game with Timisoara.

The 24-year-old midfielder had a positive World Cup despite a disappointing England showing in South Africa, and showed he is in top form with a superb performance and goal in Villa’s 3-0 opening day Premier League victory at home to West Ham United.

He was at City of Manchester Stadium and then Carrington today to finalise the details of his five-year deal after having completed his medical late yesterday.

Going the other way, Stephen Ireland has also completed his transfer from City to Villa. Ireland spent eight years at City, having come through the ranks as a teenager. He made 142 starts in that time, scoring 23 goals. His best season in a City shirt came in 2008/09, when he was named as the Club’s Player of the Year.

Both transfers were completed this afternoon, with Milner taking up the squad number seven following Ireland’s departure. City manager Roberto Mancini was delighted to finally seal the capture of Milner.

Mancini said: “I am very happy to have James with us, everybody knows we have admired him for some time.

“He is an excellent midfielder, who can play in a number of positions. This is important for the team, and I am looking forward to seeing him play for us. We have a very strong squad, and this signing is a very important one for us.

“James he is already a very good player, who has proved he can play at the very top level. But he is also young and a good character.

I think he can also improve and be a great player for Manchester City for a long time.

...Roberto Mancini...

Speaking on Ireland’s departure, Mancini added: “I hope things go well for Stevie at Villa. He is also a very good player, and he has played a big part in City’s history. I think he will enjoy the change of being at another club, and I hope he does well for Aston Villa."

Everybody at MCFC would like to echo the Manager's sentiments and wish Stephen the very best of luck for the future.

What the fuck is wrong with you! I was just talking the other day about how everyone hates City ****s because not only should they be ashamed or just a bit embarassed about how their money has done fuck all for the actual team, you're actually PROUD of all this money you're throwing away. It's like anyone worth £20million or more is like "Hey he must be good", absolute morons.

Is Mancini literally retarded? Balotelli? Today he's said he never had problems with him, but young players always cause problems so it's ok, so he managed to disagree with himself in one sentence. It's well known he had problems with him when he brought him to Inter, so what's he thinking? Not having spoken to Bellamy (HAHA he'd rather play for CARDIFF then Man City- there's ambition) or Teves for months, having Adebayor who wants out to Juventus, surely you'd want a solid, experienced forward, but no, he gets another arrogant prick. They'll be fighting in no time.

What was he thinking getting rid of Stephen Ireland/not playing him in the first place? He was the heart of the team and without a doubt they're best player before Mancini, it's almost as if he arrived without even watching tapes of their games.

I know I'm blabbing on about it but god damn I just want them to lose so bad! Spurs should have whipped them.

Is that Brian Cox in the middle?

Everyone needs to see Super Troopers.

Leave Mancini alone, he will prove he is genius.

Mario is the next Messi.

Barca have offerd us Ibramvich at a modest price, I think we should take him if we can get rid of Abenyor..

There you go Reilly, all the proof you need to just ignore this guy's opinion.

Haha but I don't just see him when he writes his opinions, I see all the ignorant City fans thinking the same thing and ignoring valid points (Like the many I've stated about his relationship with players and fucking up the morale of the team- how can Daryl just ignore it and call him 'genius'?).

Yeah but you're right, wasting my time writing paragraphs of shit nobody even reads (Including Daryl), feels good to let a bit of steam off, because City keep spending and it's getting more and more ludicrous.

So I should just ignore him (No promises) he never replies decently anyway. He sounds like he's in a cult, everythings 100% beautiful and brilliant when really it's a shambles and a crock of shit, but he especially acts like a cult member when he starts posting Man City articles about how they're changing the future of Manchester and how they have a lifelong plan of making everything- not just the club, the best thing in the world, like wtf does that have to do with football?

When things look bad you can always look at the clubs charity projects to make you forget about passionless overpaid players who don't care about the team.

you're 303rd[/url] out of... 303 :P

gonna use my wildcard and do a copy and paste job of the top team on Friday !

We awaiting your replies with Gusto.

Milner has said now he has come to City to Win the Title. He is looking forward to working with great players, just like like himself. !

What?

Milner has said now he has come to City to Win the Title. He is looking forward to working with great players, just like like himself. !

And?

Did you expect Milner to say he went there to get in the Europa League and work with decent players?

gonna use my wildcard and do a copy and paste job of the top team on Friday !
but the top team is simply a snapshot of the first week of the Premier League, and doesn't actually reflect the strongest possible squad over the other 37 games?

Sadly he won't be given time to prove he is genius, don't have a flying start to the season and he will be out of the door
