mryark
I guess we are lucky...I just saw them August 3rd and am considering seeing them again. Do you think it will be the exact same show/setlist? As much as I love Coldplay, I would rather see them switch it up instead of the same exact routine...

strawberry_swing
I think I'm like, that close to getting another set of Coldplay tickets. I found out from live nation that Duffy is going to be the opening act and my dad likes Duffy but isn't a huge fan of Coldplay. (Don't worry-I'm working on him. He's starting to soften up to VLV.) My mother sounded excited, (she went with me) so, I think it's going to be the whole family going (my sister as well). Woot! This sure beats giving out candy! I have a reprieve! I love you Chris! Thank you for giving DC a second shot! We'll be a much louder audience!!
mryark
theve been a bit different every show so far Really? I disagree - look at the setlists. The only variation might be one song that they play on the B stage (the catwalk). Other than that, its 99% the same.

jensgt
Hi everyone! I just saw my first Coldplay concert in DC on Aug 3...and ever since have been thinking I really want to see them again so I was psyched to hear the news today. I was in section 113 row N and they were great seats but not sure if I should get floor seats this time around.
dotty biscotti
I had semi-crap seats on August 3rd, but it didnt matter because I had the time of my life. I can't believe they're coming back to DC
dotty biscotti
Maybe they'll play Cemeteries of London since it'll be Halloween. That would be awesome
jensgt
Hey I was wondering, it said no cameras but everyone had cameras...so what is the deal?! I have a great new camera but its not one I can fit in my pocket...a Sony Cybershot DSC H50. can I bring it in?
strawberry_swing
^^ They only allow small digital cameras. If you have a professional one with the detachable lenses, you can't take pics. So, yes, a Cybershot is acceptable. :D But, how big is it? Is it a professional sized one?
notlost92
AAHHH! You have NO idea how happy I am about this! I saw them on 8/3 and it was the BEST night of my life, and I've been hoping they'd come back. I didn't have very good seats, though, so I'll definitely pay for the best seats this time. I'll ask my parents tomorrow since it's my birthday ;)
Emma31
I am Long time coldplay fan , new to coldplaying.. I saw them as well on Aug 3rd. They were fantastic and can't wait to see them again. I hear its hard to get the good seats though.
DreamOutLoud
i was at the 8/3 show and it was great fun.. However, as someone mentioned they don't mix up their set lists and haven't at least since last tour. I went to both shows last tour, one in sept of 2005 and then the march 2006 show and the setlists were the same. And from what i have seen this tour it's no different. They have a big enough back catalogue that they could mix it up a bit. But they are choosing not to for whatever reason. I am not sure if I am gonna see them again in oct. Josh42
Saw them on the third of August and I'll kill to see them again. I'm in for sure. For those of you who are asking...of course they'll play a different set list, since they've already been here once I'm sure they'll play a lot different songs (Cemeteries :D). I'm psyched, even though it's some months away.
