When were the times you were the most in physical pain?

Featured Replies

I just had a huge glass bottle of olive oil falling on my toe. I can't walk on it, it is blue and it hurts so freaking much.

It also inspired me to make this thread. Share your painful experiences :nice:

when I had appendicitis, I stayed awake all night because I was in so much pain. Luckily I had surgery the day after that. It was horrible :bomb:

~When I flipped over the front of my bike and landed completely on my wrist and broke it.

~My brother slammed my toe in the car door

~I was in my friend's hot tub at a party and the water + warmth + me jumping in the tub and landing on my toe caused it to crack in half. . . then fall off a month later

~I was baking biscuits and the tray slipped and a 450 degree pan hit the side of my hand

And I could go on for a while.

Christina, you sound so clutsy lol. :P

Geeze, always the first few days of field hockey practice, whenever I run into things (which is a lot), and cramps and migraines.

I've never really been OH SHIT. MY FUCKING THUMB. Some dumb butt-jerkwad-head smashed my thumbinto field hockey stick this season, it's still black and blue and I'm waiting for the nail to fall off. :|

This Summer, I was outside riding my bike, and the chain was fucked up so I came flying over the handlebars.

I got a black eye and a bunch of bruises.

I haven't had much physical pain. One time after running 8 miles my stomach hurt so bad it felt like someone was stabbing me. It was worse than the appendicitis I had. I went to the bathroom over 10 times in a few hours and finally passed out.

Oh so am I. I had crutches for a period of over 2 weeks 13 times in my life so far. including two times in 5 weeks :blank: on my birthday :blank:

Once I had an asthma attack on my mom's birthday. It was my first one, so we called an ambulance and I threw up cake on the nurse in the car. :| /cool story

I don't remember.

The only one that comes to my mind is when I was at school and I fell and I broke my wrist, wasn't so bad but pretty bad.

Does diarrhea count?

In first grade when some kid rammed me into the pavement.

I still have a scar on my hand from that too :disappointed:

i get stomach pains that hurt a whole fucking lot

i get really hot and dizzy and yeah

but then i poop and it's all better!

hmm... nothing recently I can remember.

When I was a kid there were 2 situations that I think were most painful from what I remember. One was running down a hill and I fell forward on the pavement.

Also another time when I was like 5 I did something really stupid. I dunno if you guys remember the scene in home alone when he goes down the stairs on a sled. Well I tried that only down like 4 and I think I actually got knocked out, but I'm sure it hurt. Then again it was so long ago I can't really remember.

Hmm tricky question but yeah some things do come to mind

-When I burnt my right hand so bad that it caused my skin to roll up like the lid on a tin can of sardines.

-When a guy from my class and I ran into each other during P.E in 8th grade and his knee hit my knee which caused it to swell up and become gigantic. I had to use crutches for a while after that. Oh and the guy didnt feel a thing. Foo. It still hurts sometimes if I bump my knee into stuff.

-When I was playing mini golf with a few friends some years ago and one of them accidentally hit me in the face with their golf club.

-When I was little and got bitten by a horse in my freaking groin! Fucking painful. Uh and by groin I mean the space between my lady parts and my thigh, if you see what I mean.

-Anytime when I've had REALLY BAD PERIOD ACHES :blank:

I had such a terrible ear infection that I needed codeine to even slightly numb the pain. It felt like someone was stabbing a screwdriver into my ear.

Once in gym we were playing field hockey and some butt-nut jammed my finger between our sticks and I got a huge blood blister on my pinky.

Once I sprained my finger getting up from a couch. I was watching Narnia. Skandaaaaaaaaaaaaaar :wacky:

My face hurts like fudgenuts cause I use this acne stuff on it. xD

ear infection was really bad for me

when I was younger and the sitter wasnt paying attention I fell through the door at the back of my house and a rock stuck in my forehead and cracked it open

Hmm, I can't really think of anything specifically. I have to say that charley horses are pretty painful, those happen to me every once in a while.

One time I fell outside and a small stick went through my neck. I had to get three stitches. It actually didn't really hurt, and I didn't even know there was stick in my neck until my dad looked at it. And I remember crying really hard to pretend like it hurt a lot because I wanted my brother to get in trouble for pushing me :wacky:

That!! I got appendicitis really recently. It was only considered mild appendicitis and it still hurt worse than anything I've had in quite a while.

Your....toe fell off? :wtf:

Oh god. :wreck: I get those in my sleep sometimes, and wake up crying. Luckily I know how to get rid of them. Also, if anyone's ever gotten a cramp in the back of their neck, those hurt pretty bad too. Got one yesterday.

I've had plenty of other ones that have happened in the past that I'm too young to remember. One really weird, random one is one time I was in the laundry room getting stuff out of the dryer, and a piece of lent was on my finger so I shook my hand to get it off and the tip of one of my fingers hit the metal dryer and it doesn't seem like it should have been very bad but. I was on the floor crying for like 5 minutes. :|

Soccer related ones: one time I was running too close behind this girl and when her foot came back and up, her cleat bottom hit me smack between the legs. Effff that was bad. And once when I was "putting pressure" on someone who had the ball, she kicked it really hard right as I was about to reach her and it hit me straight in the face and knocked me flat on the ground. Almost knocked me out.

Once, when I was in elementary school trying to catch the bus in the morning, I missed it just barely, and my parents didn't have time to drive me to school so my mom drove me around trying to catch up with the bus, and we caught up with it and I started to get out of the car before it had completely stopped and the back wheel rolled over my foot. :bigcry:

When I was maybe six years old my sister and I were dancing around our living room to a Disney tape. She like...flung me into an end table, which I hit my head on the corner of. Which broke my head open or whatever and I had to go to the hospital. I remember that hurting a lot.

^^ I usually only get them whenever I'm waking up in the morning, still half-asleep.

Also, I had Osgood-Schlatters for about 5 years from playing soccer. My knees would hurt sooo badly every step I took after running/walking for just a while, and I had a lump under both of my knees that hurt really, really badly if I bumped it against something.

Oooh, it almost hurts a bit to read everyone's stories :uhoh:

Hmm... Okay

- Broke my arm by landing on it in gym class when I was 11

- Menstrual cramps that hurt so much I threw up

- Cracking my eyebrow open on a screw that was pointing out from a table

The thing that hurt the most, though... Lumbar puncture. Also known as a spinal tap, I guess. Holy mother that hurts like a bitch. It's excruciating pain. Ugh. Wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy.

EDIT: Oh, and it wasn't just the lumbar puncture, there was also the injection of chemo. Yeaah, fun times all around.

the time a angry heifer came charging at me butted me over and kept on rolling me down this hill with it's nose into a large patch of nettles then ran off and stamped on my leg . I had huge bruises for ages after that, surprised it never broke my ankle

Err, my chest pains are really bad when I have those, even though I haven't had one for months.

And breaking my arm when I was little and my pinky when I was in high school thanks to being so careless D:
