Went through the thread before I asked. Is there just audio of the higher quality version? I'd like to play with it a bit and pull back a little more distortion, if possible. Will just take it from the vid if I have to, but I'm busy,so if there's audio to save me the time, I'd be grateful. :)

 

Whoever compared it to CoL, I think CoL is still a better song, put they do have a similar feel. Can't wait for the studio version!

You know what? I bet they took this off the setlist because the decor was basically the album cover in the background. Maybe the label had a problem with it? And you know how stubborn they are about staying consistent with the stage effects.

 

I'll bet they start playing it at festivals now that they announced the album.

Terrific song! Since Phil tweeted it's gonna be released, I'm excited. I also wanna hear Up in Flames but this ones a keeper for sure. It's great that Rolling Stone gave it a decent review with 3/5 besides the fact that every version out there sucks.

To be honest, I listened to that crappy recording of Princess of China only once, so basically, it'll be like Paradise for me, another completely new song.

i'm mostly intrested in how this song will sound on the album,i think it will be great.

:thinking: I dont think it can be compared to any of their songs !!!! Its so special and different to all the other stuff....its kinda dark and female song with such a great melody (only judged by the live version).
