I am a bit worried because they clearly use the melody from Tom Petty's Mary Jane's Last Dance at times (chorus) and he already sued the Red Hot Chili Peppers for copying part of this song...

It is the chorus... Man I hope nothing happens with that because I love the song. I am sure they didn't copy it, but it is definitely similar.

first i gave it a 4

but it's really a 8.

The track reminds me of the song 'What If' and 'DAAHF'

it starts as a jazz song and becomes alternative rock/pop.

people who's saying (give it another listen) please clean ur ears and then listen to this epic song unbelievable brilliant .

It deserve between 7.5 to 10 vote

Chris says to us in the song:

8 to 9, 9 to 10

We are meeting for the first time

Yeah its definitly copy. But what do we care

The first time I listened it was the best up till now, it was great! I thought: YES, thank you Coldplay for making a song like this again! Love the lyrics, and they're sung in Chris's touching way. 10/10

Agreed

Sounds definitly as a song from 'parachutes'

Well, this song is like the true esence of coldplay. It´s something between Parachutes and X&Y but is sounds amanzing. When I thought that they were totally lost, far from their origins, they released this.

I´m very glad.

:)

I loved it. It was great! So so good! Felt like classic Codplay in the beginning.

OH MY GOD, IM FREAKING OUT. EPIC. I CRIED.

Beautiful

Beautiful

I had an awful morning and this just made my whole weekend. I'm blown away.

Right now, I have youtube on repeat!

Totally forgot it was going to be released this early!

I now forgive Brian Eno for what he did to Major Minus. Chris is channeling a little Lhuna.

The song scared me a little at the begining, I was thinking woah I don't like this, but as the song progressed, I began to love it more and more, and by the end I was speechless! Coldplay are back! And I'm fucking loving it!!

The song makes me think of the lhuna song and somehow also a bit of a James Bond song. But I have no idea why.

After releasing two of the worst Coldplay songs ever, "Moving to Mars" may be their best one since "Til Kingdom Come". I may actually give this a 9/10. This is considering how I give a 5 to "Major Minus" and a 2 to ETIAW.

Seriously... one of the most beautiful songs they have done. I love it... I hope it makes the album.
