from what I remember for IR I woke up 7am EST and there was already so much buzz on atease. So I'd assume same time that the announcement was made (which is like 4am or so EST).

At least if it's only 8 tracks, I think it opens the door to another album (like Amnesiac was to Kid A). Plus they've had so many songs that we know of, and then probably a bunch we don't know of.

I asked my hubby his opinion, and he said the WAV wouldn't be worth it

WAV is CD quality which is better than MP3 quality, but I don't think it's worth it either. It's probably not easy to tell the difference unless you have very good headphones or something.
