So I'd assume same time that the announcement was made (which is like 4am or so EST). At least if it's only 8 tracks, I think it opens the door to another album (like Amnesiac was to Kid A). Plus they've had so many songs that we know of, and then probably a bunch we don't know of. If people are interested I might want to do a LP later tonight, to bring up the excitement! And also if people want to just chat let me know.
