500 Days Of Summer is on of the worst movies I've ever seen :stunned:

my favourite is Apollo 13 (tom hanks :dazzled: space :dazzled: ron howard :dazzled:)

Love Apollo 13 as well.

edit: But my favourite film at the moment is Withnail & I. The theme tune alone is worth it.

actually every year i do a blog about what my fav movies are of the year and 500 days of summer was my fav one of that year...

and that was a very difficult choice

top runners up were Avatar, Inglorious Basterds, and Moon.

and to both of you...watch 50/50

wonderful film and top contender for this year

then watch Hescher as well...simply to see such a sharp contrast in Joseph Gordan Levitt's characters. that guy has some serious range as an actor. nothing but respect for him.

Right now, it's probably I Am Legend

Just remember Will Smith was in IRobot. People said it was a good film when it came out and I've owned the dvd since 2004 but incredibly it's never seen the inside of my dvd player. Came in a boxset with The Day After Tomorrow (it's a bit bollocks the idea in that film but it's one that's always awesome to watch!) and Volcano as a Christmas present though so it wasn't exactpy a waste...unless I watch it soon which I have no intentikn of doing! Favourite film with Will Smith in it is Independence Day. The most overblown, ridiculous film ever but still a must watch!

Really, how come? It's so different and has a great atmosphere. I really love that kind of movies, just like The Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind for instance.

As a Film and TV Production student, this is a incredibly difficult question.

I tend to have multiple favourites, all that I love equally, but incredibly different ways.

At this moment, I can say that the Shawshank Redemption, (500) Days of Summer, Forrest Gump and Star Wars Episode VI: Return Of The Jedi are all equally my favourites.

If it was a question of the greatest movie, then the answer is obvious - The Shawshank Redemption.
