Yeeeeeeah...I'm probably not gonna like this one. Will reserve judgment for now, but it's certainly a pop number. Fortunately not dancey synth crap like ETIAW, but still.

 

I honestly feel a little sorry for those of you who are not enjoying the direction this album is taking so far and I don't mean that to be a smart ass comment. You guys waited just as long as any of us for new material and I hope that there is a little something for everyone to appreciate on this album. With 14 tracks and reports of this album having a wide range of musical styles I don't think that will be a problem. So for the slightly dissapointed so far... your favorite Mylo Xyloto tracks are still on the way!

i love it, although i have mixed feelings about listening to it before release

This is amazing...What a rush of adrenaline (hopefully spelled correctly). I'm totally pumped for this release :P

I can see :31 and on being epic. It's already a great, new song. Coldplay is continuing their greatness.

It's not bad, but I don't love it...at least not yet. ( taking into account I used to hate Politik at first I'm not a reliable source of opinion :P)

They are going very pop on this album, but I'm loving it! Those 30 seconds are great.

WOW, I really disliked that based on the preview. And I rarely come out and say that flat out without hearing the whole thing and then sitting on my first judgements for awhile. But to me, it sounds like an R&B boyband ballad, based on those 30 seconds.

 

And this is coming from someone who actually loves ETIAW, as well.

 

Oh God, I hope it either gets better in terms of the whole song, or that it's the only major dud on the album :sick:

I would hate it if I am wrong (and I might be (80%) haha), but this is SO going to be all over the radio- I was sad when Major Minus wasn't played, people just don't seem to like it....It doesn't matter though- I <3 it, and I can't imagine I won't love this album.
