EC-JTR
"Fix You" live at Glastonbury 2005 (BBC video), one of the best versions for me. Chris making circles with the light, and unable to end the song lyrics on the farewell... , the fireworks... Best of best.

RowanMarie
Clocks. I was barely four, I believe, when I heard it, and then it wasn't played on the radio again. Then VLV came out, I looked that song up on YouTube, and came across Clocks. Within seconds of hearing it, I knew I'd heard it before. Then the insanity began.
DieProspekt
Don't Panic. I was in primary school and it was on a mix CD my brother made for my Walkman. ...I thought it was Jack Johnson bahahahaha

thetwinparadox
The Scientist. Only then I didn't know it was Coldplay. Then I got VLVODAAHF for Christmas and instantly became a fan and discovered that they did The Scientist.
Comicforce
Christmas Lights. Is the first song I remember hearing and really listening to and loving. But of course I had known of them and heard the singles before this. But Christmas Lights was what started this craziness. :D
starsinheavenalign
I first heard Yellow around the age of eight, but I really knew I loved Coldplay when I heard Green Eyes.

iduran20
It must have been something on the A Rush of Blood To The Head album because my sister had it only I never paid any attention since I was little and didn't pay too much attention to music really. Then in '08 I heard Viva La Vida and fell in love with it. Soon after when I actually started re-listening to AROBTTH I realized I actually could sing along to like Clocks and The Scientist. :P
Sleep
I think I heard Clocks first in a movie trailer when I was like 10. Then I heard Yellow on a mixtape my Dad made my Mom, and Speed of Sound on the radio later on.

Just heard the b, f#, and e (i was pretty into guitar at that point), and after those three chords and johnnys riff and i was like, yep, that's the one man..and why and how are they the first ones to play that?? it's perfect! It's an F#6; Some fan you are. No, I kid. Though I do believe Jonny uses an F#6. It can be played either way though.
