I was a teenager and still into other (bad popgroup) music but it did grab my attention and I dont know how but it somehow stuck with me. Even the presenter who said this band is going to be great or something like that. I dont remember any other performances from artists that i wasnt in to.. quite interesting.. I instantly loved it, but didn't catch the name of it or the artist. The next time I heard it was when the girl I fell in love with sent me the music video to it and asked if I liked Coldplay.
