I agree, with some of the shots it looks like it might be a 'srs bsns/epic' video, but it could easily turn into a cheesy one with the stereotypical asian theme around it. I'll judge better after seeing the video but either way, music videos are just a reason for music channels to play music, i've already settled on the music itself; a good/bad video won't change my opinion.

Reminds me of Kill Bill Vol. 1...

Now THIS looks very interesting, I have faith that this music video will be cool. I haven't seen anything like this done yet from coldplay.
