Coeurli
Mystery solved! Party girl Rihanna missed Paralympics warm-up RIHANNA had such a big one at the Video Music Awards in LA, she missed rehearsals with Coldplay for the Paralympics closing ceremony. The Bajan star was due to practise in Dagenham on Friday for her part in the high-profile spectacle but was delayed as she hit the town on Thursday night with mates. A source said: “Rihanna had a private jet waiting for her on the runway in LA to get her to London but she kept it waiting as she celebrated her VMA win for We Found Love. “She eventually landed late and went straight to the hotel, missing rehearsals for her guest spot singing Princess Of China with Coldplay. “Over in Dagenham, Chris Martin got volunteers to sing along to Rihanna’s part.” Rihanna needs to know what she’s doing tonight – she’s due to enter Stratford’s Olympic Stadium on a zip wire. Dutch courage drinks, anyone? link ugh what the hell RiRi ?! Your performance better be as good as the SDF and much better than the Grammys  :whip: Is she aware of how important it is ?!:wtf:

Papillon
When will Coldplay take the stage? Are they really playing from 30 minutes in? Because German TV will start their broadcast at 10pm (9pm UK time) which would mean I'll miss their whole performance... :o (I know I can watch it on the internet but that's not like watching it on TV) the same here.. in Belgium they will start at 9.30 pm (8.30 pm UK time) :( maybe it's a mistake and maybe (hopefully) they will start earlier, because otherwise indeed I'll have to watch on the internet.. But there will be a lot of people on that site + I wanna see it on big screen:cry:

RWLover
Maybe at 7.30 Channel 4 will just have a pre-show or something and then the real thing starts at 8.30? Seems a more sensible time to me... Plus, the Belgian channel is broadcasting live from 8.30-11.30... So either they will broadcast it with an hour delay or the actual ceremony starts later. It begins at 8:30pm BST on Sunday 9th September, and is officially called 'The Festival of Flame', which sounds very grand. It should last until around 11:30pm. ... What channel is it on? The coverage is on Channel 4 and begins at 7:00pm.
