Officially, the spelling is "Colour" - in the thread title it says Color

And that's what I get for being half-awake posting these. Thanks!

Just listen to the new single on repeat haha...or Charlie Brown

I think this one will be very ubeat, kinda like DLIBYH. And I absolutely love the title!

So, is this the "color" song for this album? I mean, they don't actually say the name of a color, but they literally use the word "colour" and the spectrum is every color!

Same thing sparked in my mind! They somehow feel like a match

Come on, this one is gonna reunite all the palette of colours. This one is gonna be an explosion.

If you were to make all hidden tracks their own separate tracks, and take a look at each of the penultimate songs of Coldplay's career, you'd find Everything's Not Lost, AROBTTH, Twisted Logic, DAAHF, DLIBYH, and Fly On. That's a pretty amazing set of songs in my opinion (except for DLIBYH...) so I hope Colour Spectrum will be solid. It has a lot to live up to.

Edit: I guess there's the possibility that X Marks The Spot is after Colour Spectrum or Up&Up so this entire post might end up being irrelevant.

If it ends up becoming a single, the music video will just be Nyan Cat with the song playing in the background.

ok I can live with that :dazzled:

this is what I thought the album would be about with all the pics, I kept saying color wheel, color guide etc.

Me too. Even before the iHeartRadio Festival and the music video shoot, I imagined this era would have a lot of color.

Looks like this might be an interlude, the note here looks like it says "1:00 min"

Well... we don't know that for sure though... that could possibly be a preview length of the song

Wait, where did this paper come from ? Is it from the band ?

And LOL, Amazing Day could make you cry...yeah dear Coldplay, it could, but not because it is sad.

Ryan Seacrest got to listen to the album early. Those are his notes :)

What exactly did he write write under "Kaleidoscope"? Not sure if him asking the 1:31 significance means it is 1:31 seconds long, though I'm feeling like it is.. :(

Based on the song title, I was expecting it to be like Charlie Brown with xylobands and all but I guess not if it's only an interlude.

It's kinda hilarious and awesome at the same time that the title of the song is literally stylized as the colour spectrum:

Very probably this will an interlude between Amazing Day and Up&Up.
