it goes down every year and the music executives aren't. doing anything drastic. they should lower CD prices for things to change seeing 100k #1 albums is sad when the norm used to be 500k

I recently read that despite streaming being popular, piracy has increased. Personally I think CD prices are ok and if I dont care about the plastic case (or the high res music) the price for an album is 50% cheaper on iTunes than on CDs. For streamers for like €10 a month you can listen to all the music you want (except Adele 25 LOL), so I dont know I think the prices are ok imo. Music industry is not doing well though and artists are getting paid less than ever (especially indie ones), so something´s gotta change...

yeah agree streaming is good for old catalogue albums but its also good for people who don't have money go spend on albums unless they save (me)

AHFOD was #9 best selling album of 2015 in the UK with less than a month's time since release.

actually i find it pretty remarkable that ahfod is the 8th best selling album of 2015 worldwide! could have easily risen up to #6.
