The former couple, who have remained close friends since the breakdown of their ten-year marriage, mingled and posed for photographs with fellow guests — although notably not together. Gwyneth let her hair down at the event and was seen laughing and joking with her celebrity friends including Cameron Diaz, designer Jennifer Meyer, Tobey Maguire and 50 Shades of Grey actress Dakota Johnson. After Chris Martin and Alexa Chung were spotted out together in New York City on May 6, rumors started to buzz that the duo were dating. However, the Coldplay frontman's rep tells Us Weekly it's "completely untrue." According to Heat magazine, the two stars looked like a couple while out in Manhattan's Lower East Side, where they were "tucked away in a dark corner of the back room of the bar." Martin's rep denies, however, that there's anything romantic going on.
