My dear friends, I thought I would share this story here. Last night I was in the pit (right up at the rail) at the Coldplay concert in San Diego. The most incredible thing happened to me. They were getting ready to sing "Life is for Living" and Chris had just take a long swig from his Arrowhead water bottle. Everything that happened next seemed to happen in slow motion. He looked out to the audience towards where I was standing and he chucked his half empty water bottle to the audience. Right at my area! I reached out and grabbed it. So, I just got this email from Coldplay.com to view the God Put A Smile... video. The shots of the band are NICE... Chris is spectacular! But I think the story around it is confusing. Does anyone get it? I just felt the story around it was sort of dark and I always invisioned the song as happy.
