definitely one of the best bands of the 90's, in my opinion, although they managed to break up twice just when it seemed like people were starting to notice them. :roll: i can't decide whether i love their self-titled album or How It Feels to Be Something On more. two completely different moods, but both brilliant.

they are awesome i want their cd..i saw them in concert and they are madmen!!(and thats a good thing..)all of their songs are named colors!!(ex:orange,yellow(coldplay hehe),red,etc) jack white of the white stripes is actually working with them..they have a really awesome *distinct*sound!!!!!!!im pretty sure they are still on tour with the white stripes as they were one of the opening acts at the show..its like nothing ive ever heard and i love them..does anyone ahve the cd?? and if so where can u buy it??

This band is SO different from anything you've heard before. The two lead singers are originally from Japan, so they have a very distinct sound. It's so easy to get hooked on Cibo Matto :D

I had always wanted to be a singer/songwriter. But a couple years ago I couldnt sing, and I wanted to make music in the meantime. So I started making electronica, since it was easy and didnt require anything I didnt have yet. I started the cheap and easy way, taking loops and piecing them together, until they sounded cool. It helped pass the time. Now I make my own songs from scratch. The singer/songwriter bit is my job, and its hard work to make good music. But the techno bit is just a hobby. ive been looking for one of their songs for months, its what they played on the radio on 99x when amnesiac was just out (for anyone who's in the atlanta area) i dl a bunch of songs from that album but they arent it (i dont really remember the song, but i remember liking it....i think) any ideas?
