I Heart Huckabees - 7.4/10

That is such an odd movie! I wasn't sure what to make of it! Although, we did love the part where Mark Whalberg and Jason Schwartzman's characters beat the crap out of each other with.....what was it? A ball? A bag? Can't remember!

Shakespeare in Love 10/10

Absolutely amazing movie! Gwyneth is awesome there

Sherlock Holmes: 4/10

'Meah' seems to sum up this movie very well.

The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus: 8/10

Really pants.

Hah! I only gave that one a bother because of Keanu Reeves and it sucked.

Avatar 3D

7/10

The main problem with Avatar is that of most action movies - throw plot aside, shove in action scenes, done. And they could get away with it more 'cuz of "OMG COOL GRAPHICS BRO". Moar story, damnit. It wasn't really a great plot to begin with, pretty basic, but still.

Also, they tried to make this whole new little world with the pretty graphics but didn't have the substories to give it some actual backbone. Grr.

Glowy plants are glowy.

Oh, and I suppose it didn't help that I had to wear my seeing glasses underneath the 3D ones. It got all foggy and stuffy for my poor eyes by the end of the movie. Bleurgh.

AHX is fucking fantastic!

Avatar 3D - 6.5/10

I pretty much agree with Cobalt's sentiments. The plot was passable, and by that, I mean that it was able to prevent me from being totally bored during its 160-minute expenditure. Granted, the effects were the only thing that justified stretching the movie out that long. It may be a revolutionary film in some aspects, but I don't think it deserves all the awards it has gotten and will probably continue to get.

Amelia - 7/10 good movie, but a bit boring...

Before Sunrise 8/10

Before Sunset 8/10
