I just changed a world a little. This local news internet site that I follow on twitter just tweeted about that absurd job offer that apparently Gwyn and Chris made. And I tweeted back that it was not true and that Gwyneth denied it. :D And they moved the article. :)

I did something good.

edit. They just played The Scientist for me. :)

edit.2 They offered me to write an article about COLDPLAY for their website. :D :D :D I'm soooo happy!

Lucky cow!

You see a cow ? :shocked2:

she is beautiful, a successful woman in her life, she is a fantastic mother to her two children.

I do not know but the word "cow" is women who are called cows are usually fats, stupids ugly and without graces and nothing in their lives.

Haha WOW! Damn you're one lucky girl!

I believe she joked ;)

I do not know exactly what it means in different countries. australia or England. to describe a stupid woman ?

but for example Switzerland is really a bad word to describe women on her appearances and passive behavior and stupidity.

^ Ah okay I get your point. It's the same in my language (German) when you call someone cow it's an insult.

But lucyb said "Lucky cow!" instead of "stupid cow" or something else negative. So I guess she just kind of joked. You know, when some guy has luck or gets into a pretty cool situation some people call him "that lucky bastard!" without meaning to insult him (or only slightly in an ironic way).

I hope you understand what I'm trying to say :uhoh:

Germany is almost like the Swiss, for the language

but for women it would be called "stupid bitchs" finally

^ Ha! that makes me laugh because just yesterday some of my fellow students got into a fight and said exactly that word to each other, oh dear

Lucky cow is a very English phrase. It means no malice. The woman has it all, hence, she is a lucky cow. It isn't a disrespectful comment.

The actress-turned-singer-turned-chef has now directed her attention to homosexuality and the Bible on her GOOP website.

Usually Mrs Chris Martin tends to tackle more mundane issues in her newsletters, such as postpartum depression, friendship divorce and the purpose of giving, but she has now waded in to the debate about homophobia.

She felt compelled to write about the issue following a conversation with her daughter.

'When my daughter came home from school one day saying that a classmate had two mummies, my response was, "Two mummies? How lucky is she?"' said Paltrow.

The Hollywood star, who recently featured in hit TV show Glee, also wrote about her distress following a wave of homophobic attacks and teenage suicides that have happened in America in recent months.

The mother of two expressed how disturbed she was by the separation homophobia causes in society, and is provoking a highly charged debate by asking whether or not the Bible finds homosexuality sinful.

'What does it actually say in the Bible that will cause some people to be upset by my line of thinking?' added the 38-year-old.
