He was tall and had lots of muscles and was a really outgoing guy who moved very much on stage and generally he was acting way too professional for Coldplay.

I can imagine how he would react to sweaty Chris showing off his weird dance moves [emoji23]

I don't know anymore who posted this Clocks shred video, but I wanted to say thanks !! I was just in hospital for an appointment and got told I need a (local) surgery TOMORROW, so I'm really nervous and worried right now. Already in preparation for the appointment itself I was listening to lots of X&Y, now I will probably loop it another million times before tomorrow morning... :-/

But the Clocks shred video just really made me laugh !! You know what I thought ? Imagine someone hacks into Coldplay's backing tracks system and replaces the current lip-sync vocals with the shred vocals :D :D :D

I know from a previous procedure there will be more of it later when the effective period of the applied anesthetic is over, though.

This reminds me of a documentary I recently saw on German TV. They made a study if listening to your favorite music makes you support pain better. The result was yes, it does, and guess what the one participant they exemplarily showed in the documentary chose as her favorite song ? The Scientist :D

I want the pencils as well and $10 seems a reasonable price ($1 for a merch pencil is good - even my university sells their fan pencil for a higher price !) BUT shipping to Europe is $15 !!!! Way too much :O

Where did you buy, can you post a link ? In the list I looked up, shipping was from the US and was $15 for international orders.

I'm glad everything went well. I've heard about that study before. I think Fix You was among the songs that helps people have a fast recovery at the same time it helps doctors concentrate during surgeries.

I wish you a fast recovery and the best medicine is listening to Coldplay :)
