Good afternoon. We're pleased to report that Coldplay will release a CD, limited edition 7-inch blue vinyl and two digital bundles of the new single Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall on Monday 27th June.

 

The brand new track Major Minus will be available on all formats. An exclusive version of the digital bundle - available only in iTunes Stores - will also include additional tracks to be announced next week.

 

Full formats are as follows:

 

7-inch:

2. – Major Minus

Die-cut sleeve and colored blue vinyl

i just ordered it! comes up to £9.19 altogether! quite alot really but not often they release physical things nowadays!

It was £11.74 for me. Postage cost is almost as much as the actual bundle.

But I really want a physical copy, so I'm happy

Actually, I remember a post of a guy who said that a radio station DJ said that LP5 is going to be released by the end of the summer and Major Minus is going to be a B-side. And now it is. This thing could be true. :thinking: Anyway, I'm preordering this too. :dance:

I really look forward to the additional tracks they will announce next week... Some of the songs which didn't make the cut on the new album? Maybe also Hurts like Heaven and so on? O.O Can't wait...

They wouldn't play "Major Minus" on festivals if it's only a B-Side. It sounds so great that it can't be only a B-side.
