This is hilarious...  I posted about Julien's Auctions in that post from 2011, and today I am COO of the company.   Blacky is sitting behind me in my office right now.  ? Jason

2009 and the Obama era really feels like a lifetime ago ? I wonder what it would be worth now..

Are all the buy now items gone???

They put one online at a few times a day, i think. You have to be very lucky to be online at that time and buy it first!

It looks like they are putting all the lithos up but the BIN one, other than Shiver. I think they actually put up 3 BIN for Shiver since only 6 remain on the site.

Not sure if any of the other BINs other than Shiver have gone yet. I think they are holding on to them and releasing maybe a few a day.

At least I still have the first bid on one of the Shiver lithos as my participation, ha. And it's still the lowest price of the bunch, although I doubt I'd pay almost $500 for it

30 pounds for the boots and 140 pounds to ship...guess who's not bidding?! =D

Oh looks like they added the other Shiver lithos... so I guess that means there was only one BIN so far.

Did anyone notice that they skipped Lot 42....me thinks that they couldn't find an item special enough to take up their favorite nimber.

Actually, in regards to shipping it says:

NB: Shipping costs are a guide price only. Items will be shipped by DHL at the buyer's cost. The final shipping figure can only be given to the buyer once the auction has ended.

So do you think that means anything good? lol

I still want those boots! :wacky:

wow, what is wrong with me? *resists the urge to bid... for now* :P

there is nothing wrong with you, a Coldplay item is a Coldplay item. ;)

Ummm, how come you all think a BIN item had been sold already??

What did I miss in this fast-moving thread?

Isn't the "0" behind the name saying that there hasn't been sold anything yet??

i dont see the boots on my list on ebay why??

well i think ones been sold cuz i tried to buy it and when i cliked buy, it said the item was no longer available.

No, just that they haven't received any feedback yet.

In Completed Listings there is one (1) item so far:

* Coldplay EODCS Lot 13: Signed Shiver lithograph (9of9)

It sold as a Buy-it-now for 10 pounds.

A lot of us saw the first one today (Shiver Litho) and tried to get it, but were not successful. Also, the '0' you are talking about is a feedback score, so it just reflects buyer feedback of the seller, not the # of items sold.

OMG I PASSED 1000 posts!!! YAY!!!

Even though it sucks the prices are so high. I'm not that sad about it anymore, it's for charity and either Coldplay fans should get it or others should have to pay so much that they can't eat for a month, so then it's the higher the better. I think most Coldplay fans are ruled out already on the biggest items. I think most Coldplay fans aren't like, very rich:P

Ha, the cheapest item is 132 pounds at the moment. Seems like business is going just fine :)

A generous and effective charity fund-raising efforts by the lads --- in the spirit of Christmas!

Kudos to ColdPlay!

yeah i have decided to not worry about this anymore, its sad that it is unlikely for a coldplay fan to have on these items. ive been on there all morning i have enough ill check back occasionally but eh whats the point. id rather win a contest to meet them so ill save my efforts for something like that.

still sad though:cry:

oh i forgot about the lottery, im still gonna participate on that!

a little ray of hope =)

You can tell who the Coldplay fans are on the detailed bid lists... the ones who bid 42 (or some variation of 42, like 742). I like to see that. ;)
