June 22, 201016 yr If a girl gets a sex change do they keep their uterus? i'm sure if i wanted to be a man i wouldn't want a uterus...
June 22, 201016 yr but if the uterus is removed... isn't like some hormones gonna drop or something like that?Yes. I guess a lot of women who get it out regret it afterward.
June 22, 201016 yr I voted au naturel, 'cause I don't use tampons or pads (bad for your vajayjay and the environment) everyone usually reacts in a EW THAT'S DISGUSTING :stunned: kind of way, but I use a Mooncup. It's the best thing ever. Seriously, I can't understand how I used to live properly without it. :cheesy: If anyone's interested... http://www.mooncup.co.uk// :escaping: (haha, that totally sounded like an advertisment :P)Wow, I've never heard of a Mooncup before! I don't think they have those over here... at least, I haven't seen any.
June 22, 201016 yr Author but if the uterus is removed... isn't like some hormones gonna drop or something like that? Yeah but she has no problem PMSing all the time even without one. And I doubt she's going to regret it because she would have died otherwise. Haha.

Seriously, I can't understand how I used to live properly without it. :cheesy: If anyone's interested... http://www.mooncup.co.uk// I saw this on a Danish website (ladycup.dk)! Apparently there are different brands of menstrual cups - someone made a test of them: http://menstrualcups.wordpress.com/2008/06/11/my-comparisons-and-ratings/ I'm just confused. How are you supposed to take it out? On Ladycup's website it says that you should not pull it out with the little stem-thingy.
June 22, 201016 yr I think I'm going to get one of these now! It seems like those in particular aren't available in the States, but there are other brands of the same product.
June 22, 201016 yr Why that doc? Well, reminds me of blood coming out of you know where, and then I get directed to delivering a baby, and I remember these pics I saw on my embryology book and I cringe.

June 22, 201016 yr Haha silly you! I've watched a delivery and it wasn't that bad :D It's painful and there are lots of blood. I mean, I'm ok with blood. But there's something cringy about blood coming out of a vagina... I just can't really get over it.
