Mercy is...okay.

Dead Inside > Psycho > Mercy

Still hyped for Drones though. I read track descriptions from a French reviewer who's already heard it. The Handler and The Globalist sound very promising. Both are apparently very "prog-rock" so that's a great thing. The Handler apparently has a massive riff and solo in the midsection.

There are leaks for the Globalist and The Handler on the net. They sound pretty good. Right now the singles for me are ranked in this order

1. Dead Inside and Mercy and Psycho are tied

No leak for The Handler. Parts of The Globalist and Defector were in a leaked 'making of' video though :)

Reapers proshot is amazing! I watched it on Kroq's website live. When they played Reapers I freaked out. It's the best song I've heard from Drones so far, (Excluding the leaks of Defector & Globalist)

don't know if u guys heard about this:

abusive ticketing price for Muse's Drones tour in Brazil

"Muse fans in Brazil were surprised by the exorbitant prices announced by T4F for the upcoming gigs in October, only a day before the pre-sale date. They want to make money out of our love for a band that denounces the evils of capitalism... Our monthly minimum wage in Brazil is exactly R$ 788,00. A premium ticket at the floor level in Rio de Janeiro is priced at R$ 700,00. Plus what the most loyal fans might pay for the absurd invention called "early entry", a meager R$ 300,00 extra to get to the barrier first. [...] In face of all this, our team at the MuseBR fan club informs that we will put off our decision to go to the gigs in Brazil, to show our indignation at these prices, which are far removed from our reality. Not even tickets to bands like U2, Arctic Monkeys, Pearl Jam or Queen have cost as much. We want more than anyone else for our favorite band to come to Brazil and enjoy mainstream fame here."

sadly, I can imagine that other Latin-american dates will suffer with the same exploitation...

That's why I really don't want my favorite band to be that famous in my country. Here in Thailand, ticket for big name artist's gig like Mariah Carrey, Taylor Swift, Maroon 5 sold out in just 2 minutes and most of the ticket don't go to the fans. They go to the people who work for the organizer and people who work for the ticket company. An hour later, you'll see double priced tickets (or sometimes a lot more) go on sale all over online marketplace from people who say they're insider.

I hope this won't happen to Muse concert in Thailand later this year.

I've found some of the "lever" locations and they all seem to be located near arenas and theatres:

Toronto: Air Canada Centre

Montreal: Bell Centre

New York: Bowery Ballroom

London: Piccadilly Circus (lots of theatres around there)

Cologne: E-Werk

Paris: Le Zénith

New tour dates?!

interesting...

here in Rio the lever appears in Copacabana and they're playing at HSBC arena, which is relatively near (blue dot):
