This is SO awesome.

I feel bad for the fourteen other people who were there.

Seems like Anchorman doesn't know who took it either. He said s/he didn't contacted yet. I'm hoping someone didn't troll remove it for ebay and something...

Maybe someone took the book not knowing (I mean, that they were not looking for it). If that happened hopefully it is a fan because I'd hate if a random person took it and they don't care for the band so they'll just ignore it :(

A friend of mine was there since almost the beginning of the tweets, and along with a lot of people, they didnt find it (they even looked for the book pictured there)... If nobody found it, and no one contacted Coldplay as they instructed, why Coldplay posted that it was found? how did they know it was already not there :(... It's kind of sad... And I hope there's some rule in this "game" that no people working on the library can actually win.. that would be so unfair.

I really wonder what more ideas coldplay come up with... they seem determined to surprise us and give us one heart attack after the other ;)

Well, our library is closed on Tuesdays and on Wednesday I am off to Siberia & Moscow - and I seriously doubt that they have hidden it there :)

My hometown is improbable anyway, but Cologne seems like a pretty good guess I think.

Well I'm assuming the notes weren't really watched over by anyone as A didn't even know it was removed :/ By the nature of the competition it's normal indeed, but probably the people who went in today went for nothing as somebody would tweeted the winner. I hope so too that someone who is a fan took it :(

I don't know how to embed tweets but they just posted a picture of the guy who found it.

He seems genuinely happy so I guess he was a fan :nice:

Thank god because I was starting to get worried that someone threw it away or something!

Late the party, but it's like Charlie and the Chocolate Factory! Such fun! Let the games begin

Next clue is up and I think I figured it out for those in London :) Go to the British Library Center for Conservation and look for a book called Ghost Stories. Possibly by Sir Stamford Raffles

Next clue is up

I think the answer is:

national library of singapore washington irvings book great ghost stories

Hmm..I would say it's in Singapore, actually. Ghost Stories by Peter Washington (the clue said to look for Washington's book).

Somehow I think the golden ticket is in the last one... 7 to go.

Wow that was indeed rather fast! :D I somehow hope they didn't put an envelope in my area, otherwise I have to put myself through that Coldplay stress again :sweatdrop:

Anyone in Helsinki? The next envelope is hidden in Library 10 in Helsinki, in the book "Mister B. Gone" by Clive Baxter. Good luck!

CLUE 3: Race to the Finnish at FI-00100 and find the envelope in Mr Barker's hellish 2007 novel. Soon they b(e) gone. #lyricshunt

my take:

national library Helsinky Finland, the book is mister B gone by Clive Barker..

Next clue is out:

So I suppose it's in Helsinki, in "Mister B. Gone" by Clive Barker
