I'd say "Jenny Was A Friend Of Mine" is their best.

at least when the killers take on a concept or idea for an album they stick to it. unlike coldplay who tried to shove 5 concepts into the one album. i think Day & Age is a superior album to Viva La Vida simply for that reason.

So for someone who has not listened to any Killers, what would be good songs to start with?

^When you were young, read my mind, all these things that I've done, and bones are my suggestions...

I love the Killers. I don't care that sometimes their music is all over the place. I can understand why this is a band that may get hammered by critics, but I don't care. I almost don't want to over analyze it or I may stop liking it...it's just fun music. And for those of you who like Coldplay because they are a good bunch of guys, The Killers are their equals. Really cool and down to earth. And they are great live. I have already heard Spaceman, Human, Neon Tiger and Losing Touch live...good stuff.

Just got back from a killer (pun intended) show from The Killers tonight. Was about second row on the floor and it was just absolutely magical. I saw them last night at Not So Silent Night (along with Bloc Party and Franz Ferdinand) and was literally in the last row of the arena for that, so this was a pretty good upgrade tonight. Definitely one of the best shows I've seen. So much energy. And All These Things That I've Done is just...breathtaking.

 

Also, in a side note, if you like The Killers, check out NEON TREES. They opened tonight and were absolutely incredible as well. Tons of energy. I think they're going to make it big pretty soon.

My fave Killers album was Sam's Town!, I don't know why, alot of bands that happens with, i think second album is best like Kaiser Chiefs and Coldplay (Until Viva)...

 

Day and Age is a dissapointment but Spaceman could be HUGE!

Well, that was mostly before "Human" hit the airwaves, which I hear hourly in a similar fashion now. Maybe it's just my local station that had a fixation with it for almost two years, though I still hear it occasionally.
