In breaking news it has been revealed that Coldplay will be touring Australia later this year on the back of their latest album Mylo Xyloto. hello i am new to this site but a huge Coldplay fan. I was wondering who else from this site was going to a coldplay concert alone at the hollywood bowl on friday, May 4th? i dont know if you guys were aware but when these tickets were onsale, i couldn't purchase a pair but i really wanted to go and only single tickets were availabe. so i just purchased a single ticket and was wondering who else was going alone?

the new stage looks fantastic for the stadium shows and thank goodness xylobands are still there. In my opinion its a maassive shame they seem to have removed the balloons from yellow (and i believe it was in my place they also had some). I was scammed on tickets for the Hollywood Bowl show on Friday. I was provided with hard tickets that looked totally legitimate but when I got to the gate and they were scanned, they came up invalid. Apparently this guy prints these fake tickets on ticketmaster cardstock. I was actually able to obtain info on this guy who apparently has a ring of people and who has a long history of fraud and has been doing this for years. There is a detective who has been following up on this guy for a couple years. I plan on filing a police report. If you were scammed, hit me up and I can send you a photo and additional info on this guy and hopefully we can get some justice.

Hi, long time lurker, first time poster. I want to purchase tickets for one of the St. Paul gigs and had a couple of questions. I've never been to a Coldplay concert, but I did see U2 last summer in the twin cities. I want to buy floor tickets but I noticed they had a row number and seat number. Does this mean anything? Isn't it first come first serve? My U2 tickets had the same thing but meant nothing. I would love some help figuring this out and any help is appreciated!

I'm sorry if there's been similar topics. Mine (so far) is Clocks--In My Place from VLV Tour (Singapore). I wish I hadn't expected that, but I had previously seen their BBC concert which feature the same thing. So when Chris kept on banging his piano longer and longer on that last note of Clocks I just knew it. I knew that the epic intro from Will would follow. I think I died a little at that moment. What about you guys?

I heard on the radio this morning that they are releasing additional tickets for both Coldplay shows in Philly because the shows will now be 360 shows. Can anyone confirm or deny this? I wonder if they're doing it for the other shows, too? How would they handle changing the seating for those who already have tickets?! I've been to 360 shows before and I honestly prefer the end stage setup. Hope this isn't true.

Hi, I recently bought 2 tickets for myself and my friend to go see Coldplay in early June in London. I bought these off eBay for a higher-than-face-value price. I was just wondering whether we will be let into the concert with these tickets. Do the promoters go on eBay and look for tickets in which you can see the ticket numbers in the pic (you could on ours) and cancel those tickets because they've been reselling for a higher price? Help appreciated.

Last tour the band played about 24 songs for about 2 hours, now i see 19ish songs and an hour and a half of playing time, why have they shortened it? I am not pleased, for 150$ a ticket i think 2 hours is fair.

Just been thinking, during the UK tour (June) it'll be right in the middle of summer so will it be dark enough for the xylobands to be any use at all? Gig starts at 9pm- still very bright. First Xylobands section around 10pm maybe? Cant see it being dark enough to be honest. Or will it be OK?

OMG I was just listening to KROQ trying to win some Coldplay tickets and they said that Coldplay would be adding a third show at the Hollywood Bowl so it would be May 2, 3, and 4. I want to believe it is true but there is nothing on coldplay.com yet or ticketmaster. If it is I am supper excited :D

What would be your perfect Coldplay setlist or greatest hits CD including the new songs they've played live??

I need your advice... I can buy tickets in the section backstage, partially obstructed view in the 205-208 section I think OR with billets.ca, tickets in like the last row up in the bell center, but in the middle, with a view of the whole bell center and a slight chance to be near the b stage during us against the world....what would you choose ? (I was not suppose to be in montreal so I didn't buy tickets when they first went on sale....biggest mistake of the year.....)

With that I mean a song like Spanish Rain aka Don Quixote or The Dubbliners? What do you think? :wink3:

I have tickets to see a coldplay concert in June and I'm SUPER excited, but I was also thinking of signing up with Oxfam to go to another coldplay concert the day before. My questions: Is it worth it to go to 2 coldplay concerts and is it fun to volunteer with Oxfam at the concerts? Also, do you get good seats when you volunteer for Oxfam and get to go to the concert for free? I hope to hear all your stories and expiriences at coldplay concerts!!!! thanks :D P.S.
