I don't think non- Coldplay fans will be impressed after that performance, I hope it doesn't get much coverage though... I mean on how bad it was, I hope the media doesn't dwell on it.

I loved the white shirt with a V that Chris was wearing. I am going to make one!

heres my opinion if anyone wants it, which i doubt, lol, but im gonna give it anyways...

 

Chris looked and sounded a bit nervous throughout the whole thing except for one part which i will point out in a moment

 

they still should have played violet hill imo, cause its louder and could have got the crowd into it more...'cause i remember the camera swung around to the audience at some points and they were all just sitting there, the most they were doing were tapping their feet

 

the best part was where the whole band goes 'ooh ohh ohhhh oh ohhhhh' in my opinion

 

the stage itself looked really empty

 

all in all, to be honest, it was a bust, just nerves i think though, and it was only the MTV Movie awards...not like its live 8 or the grammy's...

no word yet on anything else involving Coldplay on the show...stay tuned...

it was just nerves, the first time. they haven't done anything live since what, february 2007? that's a long time. i expected them to be a bit rusty. but i didn't bank on chris being that nervous. he looked like he was going to puke. you could see him shaking, almost. and almost choking on confetti wasn't good either. he sat on the stairs in the end, almost in relief. the other guys did extremely well in my mind...will looked slightly pissed, i think.

 

poor chrissy. i hope he's not beating himself up right now, but we know he is.

Semy it isnt THAT bad. Just nerves and too much confetti The band and the music sounded awesome. Even though someday we need to hear it with a full orchestra once they are more cozy performing it...
