hmmm the more i listen to it... the better i think it is. i still think it was overall a subpar performance but not as bad as i initially thought.

Well I watched it, it was alright. What I'm really looking forward to though is the Metal Gear Solid 4 preview at the end.

It was solid. I liked all the new changes. Jonny playing some keyboard for the first time, and wills awesome new drum set will the big drums and church bell. So far so good!

Nowhere near as bad as it was sounding... I really liked it.

 

However, I am dissapointed that they relied so heavily on the backing track.. not only the full strings but also piano bits, effects and shiz.

 

I know it's hard not to with that song but I'd rather have heard everyone do their bit and make it more 'live' rather than singing and playing over the studio version (ie. karaoke/guitar hero style)
