June 6, 200917 yr Yeah well me and my friends are in college! :D i called them from the pit and told them where to stand when we first got in, since i saw the roped off part and they were SO happy when they came out there :nice: my one best friend says she really likes Jonny now, cus he was always so smiley! :lol: aww and my other friend really thought Chris was AWESOME :cool: so now me and my best friend were thinking about dressing up as Chris & Jonny for halloween this year! haha:lol: cus she thought their clothes were SO cool and she was up for making some Viva clothes for us! :dance: i was so proud of my friends! :nice:! but whatever haah

June 6, 200917 yr My 500th post! :D I am EXHAUSTED. We did the Indianapolis zoo this morning before heading home and I am grouchy and in serious need of a nap, but here's some photos before I get some shut-eye. :D Unfortunately, my camera wasn't good enough to get decent photos at our distance... That's as good as it gets. :\ I'm just grateful I got it in. They didn't even bat an eye at my butterfly net or camera. And hey, at least we had some CP'ers in the pit that I'll be able to steal some photos from. :D We got caught in traffic, unfortunately, and I completely missed Snow Patrol except for their last song. Absolutely sick with regret over that. :\ I did get a couple compliments on my net, but once again when it came time for LIJ the breeze blew the butterflies just out of reach! I was waving my net in the air and someone must have noticed my agony because this hero came out of nowhere behind me with three in his hand for me! :D After the show I had to go scavenge the aisles after to get some more, though! It's a pretty decent stash: I wrote the setlist on my arm. :) Right before The Hardest Part, Chris was talking (in his adorable waxing apologetic way) and I was so enamored I was desperately tugging on my necklace: ... and I suddenly felt beads rolling down my arm! I'd pulled the string right out and all the beads went plinking to the ground! Just the inner strand though, so I can still wear it. ;) This was pretty cool, and I wish I had a better picture of it... Whoever was in charge of filming did a really good job. :) They used the moon a couple of times! And of course I grabbed one of these. ^_^

June 6, 200917 yr Well peeps, finally back from a long day and night with coldplay & lots of COLDPLAYERS!!. The band was great musically, (if in fact I did think Guy was a little tired/chilled out) & Chris seemed to be going that extra mile to make up for it. His voice sounded fab except for 1 tiny crack - which made him give a little giggle , during 42 I think it was. After a ridiculous amount of pre-entrance drama, starting with the Verizon cell phone early entrance promotion...."suprise, surprise people who've been waiting in front of the venue for 4-7 hours, you can't go in until the people with Verizon phones get in first!!" Whaaaaaaaat???????? .... And then my idiotic brain spasm upon losing my ticket 2 minutes before they open the gates.....(no details, I am too embarrassed) But finally, with an awesome co-operative posse of dedicated people from these boards, we all got into the pit on that front railing!....it definitely pays to have great people from the boards to hang with before the show. It was like a mini Coldlpaying.com convention (and an awesome preview that Wembley is going to be epic!) Oh yeah! The bonus of hubbie coming with and dancing his ass off the whole show was sweet too, and he got pretty damn excited when Jonny gave him a high five at the end. The show as everyone knows was without any set list surprises, and I'm sure there are others who will review with some juicier details--Angie, Lori...???, but I had just as much of a blast hanging out with other coldplayers as I did enjoying the show itself.
