If this goes on the setlist...

...will it take the place of a song like SHIVER or IN MY PLACE?:wink3:

Oh God I hope so.

If it replaces Shiver I'll be a little disappointed. I will thank the gods if it replaces In My Place.

But I doubt it'll replace it. They might play it for a couple of shows, but I don't think it'll be a permanent addition to the setlist. For the festivals, at least.

Oh gods, please do not feed the troll, please-

Troll?! Seriously something will have to go to make way for it (if in fact it does go on the setlist, which I sure hope it doesn't).

Sure it will, and that's great, because people will love the song and imagine the crowd screaming para-para-paradise. Perfect concert song!

:stunned::confused::o

Are you serious? I mean, it's the second single of their new album. There's just no way to not put it on the setlist. And believe, people who were no big Coldplay fans so far will be. And most old fans like it, too. I'm superexcited for the first live performance ;) Maybe wait for it before judging?

In My Place will stay there I think for a long time, it's one of their best stadium songs.

Yeah true that would be alright! But gotta admit it'll be pretty shattering having some old classics replaced.

I agree on that. But hey, in my opinion any song that goes off the setlist is a sad thing - but some will have to. Unfortunately. They're just making too good music :(

True that! Charlie Brown, HLH etc. = Much more awesomeness!

I dont think they will replace In My Place, but i think they probably should. Theyve actually been playing it in practically the same form for over 10 years now and despite what a great song it is, it does sound quite repetative when you listen to their shows or have been to see them 3 times or more.

It would make sense to me to do it, for the rest of this year because then they could bring it back on tour next year, when ROBTTH has its tenth anniversary, and still keep things fresh.

It's going to be a tour for the Mylo Xyloto album. Of course It will be heavily weighted towards that with at least nine songs being played from it.

What he said.

Dropping Lost for this single is not that bad I think

I bet this song will be played during the MX Tour, but that's it.
