January 28, 201511 yr Lovvveeee Waldorf Salad, nom nom. Now I will know what to serve for lunch when they are next in NY :laugh3:
January 29, 201511 yr the poster is a producer/songwriter. remember the sightings of the band during early 2014 in US came from industry people too. so probably they are in studio.
January 29, 201511 yr Should Coldplay get Brian Eno for LP7 or not? What do you guys think? No, They need to produce it themselves, or just with the producer they worked with for GS.
January 30, 201511 yr Any ideas where LA studio they are located? :laugh3: Most of us know where The Bakery and Beehive are, maybe someone can stumble upon their 'another' studio apart from these two :D
January 30, 201511 yr im expecting a pop album because Chris recently said they're going outside the normal boundaries. and by the looks of Miracles, i really think its gonna be EDM and pop:\
January 30, 201511 yr im expecting a pop album because Chris recently said they're going outside the normal boundaries. and by the looks of Miracles, i really think its gonna be EDM and pop:\ Odd choice with mentioning Miracles, I think ASFOS would be more of an indicator but yeah, EDM / pop seems likely. Hopefully Jonny's guitar shines through on a bunch of songs :)
January 30, 201511 yr *still hopes for an ambient/chillstep abum in the style of Midnight* *coughs* jazz *coughs*
January 30, 201511 yr *still hopes for an ambient/chillstep abum in the style of Midnight* Abum. Abum. ABUM :awesome:
January 30, 201511 yr I agree. ASFOS and Miracles to a slight lesser degree both show their attraction to mainstream pop right now and I don't think either really stack up to their other major "pop" focused songs :/ But we could be totally wrong, and maybe they will have some really good singles that are both radio-friendly and epic/artful (VLV, Clocks, Paradise, etc.) I have been really hoping recently that Radio Dial (Waltz in B-Minor) is going to be that song! I hope that it is like Lovers In Japan/ Reign of Love and Yes/Chinese Sleep Chant in that it has a more accessible, quality pop tune (Radio Dial), and then either an intro or extension that is a wonderful piano peace (Waltz in B-Minor). Even if it was a dance, pop focused song that revolves around a beautiful, Waltzy piano, then I would be totally down for that. That sounds way more dynamic, interesting, and musical than ASFOS!!
January 30, 201511 yr ^ Or it could be something like this: [video=youtube;4BJDNw7o6so] (I mean Radio Dial / Waltz in B-Minor)
January 30, 201511 yr ^ Or it could be something like this: [video=youtube;4BJDNw7o6so] (I mean Radio Dial / Waltz in B-Minor) I love that so much! Yup. Something like this....my god it would be brilliant [emoji91] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
January 30, 201511 yr ^ Or it could be something like this: [video=youtube;4BJDNw7o6so] (I mean Radio Dial / Waltz in B-Minor) This type of genre is one of my favorites, so I'll take it as a yes.
January 31, 201511 yr All I want is for this album to be GOOD!!! :D Exactly. But the issue is that the definition of "good" is different for everyone.
February 1, 201511 yr Exactly. But the issue is that the definition of "good" is different for everyone. If it's like Miracles, then it will be good, that song has no sweeping electronics but still sounds mainstream. :)
February 1, 201511 yr yey! davide rossi is in studio with coldplay. they were seen in LA by industry types yesterday too. Davide Rossi @rossidavide Great to be back with @coldplay in the studio and to see Chris exited. Also my work with Matt of @aqualungmusic is proceeding so well!
February 1, 201511 yr Good to hear it! Finally they're doing something! Maybe we won't have to wait so long for that record :D
