December 30, 201510 yr Hey everyone :) There will be a change of site ownership in July. As you may of noticed already, Stephen (Stephend2000) is an Admin. He'll be getting used to the admin side of things until he takes over as the new site owner in July. I know that Coldplaying will be in safe hands with him and he's done a fantastic job with the new forums, after the old ones were having database problems. I'll be around until July. I'm giving the site away because it's extremely life consuming to run (Just invented a word I think but that's the most accurate!). It's been a fun 2 years but I've done what I can and the site's still running, so i'm happy with that :) I'm going to the Rio concert in Brazil anyway and i'll be at many of the UK/European tour gigs so exciting times coming up still ;)

I joined the forums around the time you were the new owner and I've had a great experience sharing my thoughts with everyone here. Welcome to Stephen. And sad to see Sparky go/stop being the owner, but I can definitely understand that keeping the site running does take a lot of time! Many of the older fans who have been around here for awhile remember the big drama and chaos when Ian (aka busybeeburns) and Jen called time on their running of this site (and the boards) - thanks for saving us then and being this site's and all Coldplayers' guardian angel the past couple of years - you have done a magnificent job and been a real :angel: for us all! I am so grateful that you stepped in when you did, and this has allowed this website and so much of it's history (and fandom) to continue on these past few years - I hope all of us here never forget that. You deserve a medal from Coldplay themselves for keeping their fandom alive. THANK YOU MARC!!! :heart: Stephen, :drinking: to you mate! You are taking over a site with a lot of history and passionate fans - I hope you will find this experience rewarding and not too daunting. All of Coldplaying (and arguably the band themselves) owe you our gratitude and I am grateful that there is someone else taking over the site so Coldplaying can live on. You have been amazing so far and I am sure we are in capable hands! Viva la Coldplaying! :loveshower: P.S. July 8, 20169 yr I was away from the forums for awhile, but I would just like to say thank you Sparky for helping to make this the best Coldplay fansite on the internet. You are a big reason why this site is still alive and thriving! It was great having you around and I hope to see you around whenever you decide to say hello.
