I would suggest ProtonVPN as I use it myself. However, have you checked if https://www.livexlive.com/ works for you? The link should work unless you're in Australia, Mexico, New Zealand or in the United Kingdom as it's apparently meant to be the one for anyone outside those countries + Canada and USA
