I can not understand why people say everything is mental. When you can not do something and suddenyl you say "Oh, I can't" they always come up with the typical phrase "Sure you can, it's all mental". IT'S NOT!. Not everything is mental, thought it plays a very important role. When you get to a higher level, I do agree that it's your mentality what makes the difference, or in cases like Steve Prefountain (he's the biggest U.S.A runner ever, but he's dead now) what made the difference was his strong mind. i haven't been to this site for so long. today i logged in to see what was going on and read some posts.. catch up on my coldplay and all that fun stuff. to my surprise i got a pop up window and it said "We would like to give you a belated congratulatons for becoming 17 years old on the 15 Mar . Excuse my language, but I think it's bullshit. I may hate him too, and he may have started the War in Iraq and had thousands of American troops fight in Iraq for the wrong reasons, or pretty much any reason whatsoever, but...
