My birthday is actually this saturday  the day after the tickets go on sale.

But I already got a camera for my birthday :uhoh:

I think i'll be getting them for christmas  I just hope the rumours aren't true :bigcry: other dates in europe are between €30 and €40, why the fuck would Ireland be €73 ? :wtf:

I still don't have anyone to go with though :uhoh:

do you not have any friends who like arcade fire?

or are there any other irish coldplayers who you know aren't serial killers

i hope you get to go. even though i don't like this album i would see it live if they played a few older things too, simply because they put on an awesome show.

Yeah, I followed a path similar to yours. I am a big fan of VLV and MX (the "midplay" era, ahah) and when I discovered that Coldplay mentioned several times AF as an influence during that period, I st

People are also saying that vampire weekend will be supporting ? :uhoh:

I don't have the money though.

You may just have to sell your body. It would be worth it.

ahhhhhh dejan. looks like you have missed out on an actual discussion since i'm going out. i would still like to speak to you some other time about this, but only if you're ready to be a big boy.

One says she doesn't not like them but wouldn't pay like €200 to go see them. You know because of travel and all that jazz.

I only know of two that live here, a young coldplay fan girl and reilly ( i think he lives in ireland or did) so yeah :uhoh:

would that help me find someone to go with me too? :blank:

^ i think it would. well depends on what body parts you sell. fingernails, not so much.

€35 expensive for a concert? really? that's a cheap ticket here :P

or have you realised you have nothing to back up your opinions with and have decided to make this into a series of the most embarrassing comebacks of all time in order to keep us all amused?

i have enough things to say to back up my opinion of this record, but like i've said before looks like you have listened to another record...

€35 expensive for a concert? really? that's a cheap ticket here :P

noo I don't think it is expenisve....but since it is €73 in Ireland I was wondering why it is so expensive there...

Well that's what the rumours are,

I'm still waiting for the tickets to come up on ticketmaster :uhoh:

Briggin better not have lied to me about them playing in ireland.

you can't appreciate this kind of music because you usually listen to justin bieber and all that kind of stupid shit tongue3.gif

Good point! I shall return to my village in shame. Listening to Bieber all the way.

73 pounds is alot, the msg show was only $47 for the good seats,

random but i am loving We Used to Wait, my kids have been writting letters to all thier friends who go away to camp and its wonderful, they can't wait to get them, so appropriate for the song

That is aimed at the people who continually say how much they don't like the album or can't get into it. We get it.

After 5-7 listens I totally got it, and then realised that I get it, and it's still just OK.

With all the rave reviews and fans who love this album, I have still not seen anything that makes me think "Oh I understand why they think it's brilliant" in fact I rarely even see in depth positive opinions about the album at all, just fans who almost don't want to sound stupid for loving it.

No haters here

this is not a "drab waste of 5 minutes" what a schmuck, but everyone is entitled to their opinion

This

I still really need to do my album review of it. It will be more in depth. I don't think it is a groundbreaking album, but I do love it.

^This!

At the first listen I didn't remember anything, but after a few listens I pretty much love all the songs! Of course they're not as intense as some Funeral songs, but it doesn't mean they're bad :nice:
