Pure ticket horror. :) Luckily you were on time and your dad remembered the so-called advertisement mail.

I'm wondering, if tickets don't arrive because they are lost during shipment, can't you get a copy of the ticket?

I've been in a simular situation, tickets didn't arrive and because I was going to several concerts of the same band in a few weeks time I hadn't noticed it was missing.

The day before the concert my friend asked me to mail him his e-ticket.

Oops.

After contacting the ticket organization I was able to get a free copy of the original tickets at the ticket booth on the evening of the concert. Had to bring along a proof of payment and my ID card.

BTW, according to my ticketmaster account the despatch of the tickets for Wembley is on Sun 31 Jan 2016?

Just read this. Glad it worked out for you ! With unpersonalized (no name registration) tickets, I doubt you can get a copy that easily.

  • I just wanted to say, after 5 years of being part of the Coldplay fandom, first on Coldplaying, now on Coldplaying, Twitter and other platforms, a wonderful thing happened today: Coldplay followed me

  • I ran away
    I ran away

On this day exactly 5 years ago, a young and innocent person who was just getting really into Coldplay wanted to sign up on a forum called Coldplaying. Faced with the question of what to pick as a use

  • Today exactly 5 years ago, I joined the Coldplaying community and I don't regret that that. To be honest, it's probably one of the best things that have happened in my life! I had never thought I woul

Ok, well in Belgium tickets always - as far as I know and have experienced - have the name of the buyer on it.

Makes it more secure but also harder to sell them if e.g. you can't go.

Which is on the other hand good because it makes it harder for those who want to sell them at extreme high prices.

We have a strict regulation/law about that.

Oh, I see ! Interesting. I see both the advantages and disadvantages there (no chance for ticket touts vs. hard to get your money back if you can't go)

Phew, that was close, @I ran away! Glad you got them. I'm always afraid that I might accidentally throw tickets away that I have lying around for concerts that are still quite some time away.

My best friends and I are all turning 30 next year and we're throwing a big party together. We decided that for the music that night, everybody of us chooses 15 songs that are special to us from the last 30 years. My friends joked that I will probably annoy them with 14 Coldplay songs and one from Caught In The Act (erm, my favourite 90s boyband way, way back). They know me so well. :D

I just watched the "Music in 2015" review from a large TV newschannel here, and they showed an excerpt of the AOAL video. And to be honest, it made me cringe that this is what is associated with the name "Coldplay" now...

Have not seen any Coldplay ad on tv but if I did catch Adventure I'd instantly start dancing hehe :)

Coldplay was a cold day, but nowadays their music and their doings are a bit warmer

For me, Parachutes wa their warmest album ! The sound was just so real and "warm".

that was a bit more than 15 years ago. why do you want to follow the celebrities? why not to follow your friends or classmates or bandmates or workmates or hobbymates? and good arts, science and fiction for sure

like small children argueing, why am I not the best, kindergarden, ahaa, hmm a lot of flowers in here

Interesting how they talk about Guy and the band members being angry that they are not big stars! Then again, it's The Sun so I can't trust it

I know. It just remind me the media keeps talking about the rest of the band being not recognizable at all on the streets. Even during recent interviews they ask what it is like to be part of one of the biggest bands in the world and being able to walk on the streets without being chased by fans. And it's funny that after 12 years it became true that Gwyneth is singing in a Coldplay album! lol

OK where the hell can I find more pictures like this? I want more of them, it makes me so happy to see the band that way :dazzled:

^^Wow nice high res version ! I found only these low res shots

Edit: Never mind, I did find high res versions of the remaining pics on the site you quoted :)

just go to some park, where there are young people and follow them. They are EXACTLY the same! And can even be much better. In youtube you can also find live videos, "parkour" can be a good searching word for that

"just go to some park and follow some people" could actually get you arrested LOL Also I think he wants to see pictures of the band, not of random people :P But for the record I love parkour :D

yea, perhaps. not very nice policemen there, they are not very well qualified, have you ever met a really good one? no, you do not even remember, maybe you have, in the office, not in the fields

here are some for WeddingDom

these can be also heard and seen live

in Finland most likely now

and sometimes the audience don`t even need to pay anything, and it has seats!

Local newspaper has a Coldplay article today, titled "Now they're done whining", lol. :D

That paper is soo behind the loop :laugh3:

Oh yes, they absolutely are! I guess the writer got the album for Christmas and remembered that Coldplay exist. :D

(Well, I have to say it wasn't too bad. Bonus points for mentioning Phil.)

That paper is soo behind the loop :laugh3:
