Brisbane Gig last night. Hung around for an hour and a half after the gig (traffic wasnt moving anyway). Found the driveway entrance to the back of the Entertainment Centre - 30mins later a black van is on its way out, stops in front of us - and out steps Chris!

 

The other guys had already left - but I was stoked nonetheless! There were only like 8-10 people waiting as well - everyone else just left.....

the signs didn't really help meet coldplay, though some people have held up their banner while waiting for them,

some of them said:

* you make me shiver

* phil is hot

* it's my birthday (which was true)

* it's my 50th? gig!

* reign of Jonny

I waited for them after the 2nd Melbourne show on the little road that leads out of the venue. The first van that came past had the inside light on and we could see it was Chris and the second he saw us he switched it off and kept driving :( It may have been because his dad was with him. All the other vans just drove straight on by :(

 

The last night I waited for ages. It was Chris' 32nd birthday party which they actually held at the venue so they weren't out for hours. I waited a while (I was the only one from the start!) and Kelly came out and said he would take my setlist in to get signed. He got it signed by Chris and Guy which I was happy about but I really wanted to meet them. Kelly told me to go home - I felt a bit stupid and stalkerish so politely obliged with what he said. As I was leaving I could see Guy with Shane Warne outside the venue.

Miraculously become famous within a short time and become a favourite of Coldplay. Hehe. :P

I hung around after the second Sydney show I went to in 06. Some bitch came out and told us they'd all gone, so a lot of people left. We hung round and Will came out later and signed autographs. I saw Jonny hiding behind a wall and I got a bit upset about that. He made up for it in Adelaide though. All of them came out after the show at the exit and signed autographs and I got a pic with Jonny that you can see in my av.

It's amazing how numerous are the coldplayers who met them ... :(

But that shows that they're more accessible than we think, I really wanna meet them, or at least see them closely...
