I love their new style. They have been changed, but they have evolved too. It would have been a shame, if they just have made an album, which sounds exactly like the old ones. Do not get me wrong, I love all albums but thats my opinion.

I dont remember any other lawsuits occurring over songs on any of their other albums (Im not condoning what Bitchass Satriani did but those few seconds of If I Could Sue DOES sound like the chord prog. in Viva)
