I follow him and he seems nice! we've exchanged a few tweets about LCD Soundsystem and he seems cool. And what he said isn't worst than some of our opinions though. You don't have to be a hater to dislike this new song, in fact is very easy to hate it for many reasons.

Arcade Fire is a great band but Funeral is just several steps further than everything else they've done... and pretty much above everything everyone else has done since Kid A. (Speaking of Rock)

The Suburbs and Neon Bible are good albums but they can be compared to many out there.

The one who made that statement was not Arcade Fire. They are the fans of Arcade Fire.

I communicate with whoever runs that account also, and we had a brief exchange over it this morning. While he doesn't seem to be the biggest fan of Coldplay, he does understand that a lot of people who ARE fans seem to be let down by this new song.
