I cry when I listen to Paradise because its so bad!!

I was afraid to cry because Every Teardrop is a Waterfall. I don't want to drown.

you're on fire!:laugh3:

The only time I've been a bit choked up in a song is Belle and Sebastian's "The Ghost Of Rockschool" that bit at the end when everything comes in, the melody is just heavenly.

The only song on MX I got a similar reaction to was the outro to Charlie Brown, the fact that it took the piano a little longer to come in really struck me.

Nah

The only Coldplay song that made me nearly tear up was Everything's Not Lost.

Gravity made me cry last year when I was going through a tough time.

Same for me.

In Mylo Xyloto UATW and UWTB.

You've outdone yourself!

I feel like if I participate in this thread, I'll lose what's left of my manhood.

That and Prospekt's March are the only two Coldplay songs that have made me cry. Gravity is stirringly beautiful. I told my husband that I wanted that played at my funeral.

Well, you know, people are crying when experienced something deeply emotional, and music of course could remind in a way this feelings. So when I have tears during listening music it's always because of absolute beauty which music keeps remind us. For me those moments when HLH starts, first guitar riff in CB, sound of xylophone in DLIBYH, and second part of the Up With The Birds, when Chris starts sing "a simple plot". Wow. Absolutely beautiful moments.

Yeah: the last minute from Hurts Like Heaven, Charlie Brown, Us Against The World, DLIBYH and Up With The Birds (don't know what parts from it).

The uplifting feeling I got from putting the album into my cd player in my car for the first time this morning was incredible. I sat there taking in everything that I had waited for. I've loved this band for years and will continue to do so for years.

As soon as the first bars of Mylo Xyloto started playing. The same thing happened when I first heard VLV.

I think it's mostly due to the relief that I am finally listening to new Coldplay music. I really did miss them.

UATW's intro. OMG, what's that...

Us Against the World.

Didn't shed any tears but it's emotional for sure.

During my 3rd listen, I shed a tear during up with the birds. Not sure what it was that triggered it. Probably some repressed memory or something #notcrazy ;P

The begining of Charlie brown and of DLIBYH and the end of UWTB

Piano riff in the last part of Charlie Brown, Duet of Chris and Will in Us Against The World,UFO,The last lyrics of Up In Flames, The second part of Up With The Birds, The Second chorus of Don't Let It Break Your Heart.

Absolutely this.

The only two Coldplay songs to make me tear up are Til Kingdom Come and Up With The Birds; both dealing with death and passing on. They bring back memories.

Till Kingdom Come deals with death? Wut? Isn't it just a straight out love song.
