I think "A Sky Full of Stars" will be released on May 5, and "Midnight" and "Another's Arms" will be released as iTunes Countdown "singles".

What he means is that iTunes sometimes starts releasing certain songs as the album release comes closer. They aren't actually proper singles. When the last Kay Perry album came out, they released a new song every week for a few weeks before it was released.

^oh i see! Maybe they'll release midnight on itunes the day the vinyl comes out for RSD? :D

I would say the one of best ways is to screenshot it > paste on paint > crop it >copy it > open up a new paint file > past it and remove the white space > save it > upload it to tinypic or another image hosting site and use the forum image tags option.

 

 

There are quicker ways but this way you can save it, other people can download it easily and it loads quickly :)

I have hopes (maybe improbably but well...) to hear another song like For You or Politik...

For some reason, I seem to be in the minority that likes Magic over Midnight. But Midnight grows on me incrementally with every listen. I listened to all of X&Y and then Magic & Midnight and it's striking how much they've pulled on the reigns on this one so far.

Anothers Arms is probably my favourite track so far if we want to go down that route. Magic is okay and so is Midnight, and the style of the songs while both different really is what I feel right now, and quite claming and magical to listen to, no doubt when the album is out or when we know all the songs the combined tracks together will really feel something special and what we need right now.

I assume it's because the release in the UK and the US is on May 19 and these are their two biggest/historical markets.

I pre-ordered mine on iTunes, and it'll arrive May 19, but if it leaks before in 320 kbps I'll definitely listen to it. But when the iTunes version arrives I'll be listening to that, probably on my iPod.

And poor Japan, May 21st...that would be a killer wait (but it will leak at the same time for everyone)

That was what I wanted to do, but I want a hard copy CD so if a leak comes out at 320 kbps I'd get that (even though I'm not big on listening to leaks) and then buy the CD the day it comes out

I think we can expect this:

Another's Arms released onto iTunes, on Monday, April 28

A Sky Full of Stars released Monday, May 5

And the next week, Monday May 12, iTunes streaming the whole album one week before release (Monday, May 19)
