  • If I'm not mistaken the "sample" (not really a sample) is actually called Alchemist's Choir and it's a Synth on Garageband and Logic and it's playing on a harp sequence G3, A#3, C4.

Maybe it helps that alchemy - the process of turning bad things into good, in a way - was always the main concept and "Alchemy" was in fact a working title for the album before they settled on Ghost S

It makes me think of every girl I ever broke up with- or rather the ones who broke up with me.

I've splited up recently from a three year relationship, and AiMY makes me cry.

I love this song, pretty simple yet very powerful. An interesting observation, and I might be wrong, the pictures for AIMH on the written track list are of the sun rising on the horizon, and then on the other side of the title is a circle above a line, or the sun above the horizon. Just an opinion anyways. If it's true, I wonder why they chose that imagery.

Really curious about the studio version of this one, from the tracks i've heard, i like this one the most.

Notice he said MY.

I just realized how much the hook reminds me of 'us against the world.'

I love love love love this song. Glad it's the album opener. It's perfection

Yup. Short, but sweet.

Someone compared AIMH to Don't Panic, and may I just say yes absolutely yes.

Like Don't Panic it's driven by a simple but enchanting guitar riff. It's short and concise, it doesn't explode but stays level and leaves you wanting more. Simple but beautiful lyrics.

AIMH is the new Don't Panic and that makes me very happy as Don't Panic is one of my very favourites.

Such a simple but brilliant track, typical Coldplay quality, they are the best in this sort of tracks.

30 seconds into the itunes gig I thought this could be the opening track it just has that feel, glad it turned out that way. Can't stop listening to it.

I'm gonna have to agree with you. I loved it! It took a few listens, but I really enjoyed it a lot. Maybe not their best opener ever, but it was still good, in my opinion. :)

It seems like many people wanted something upbeat or fast pace to open the album but I'm not sure if that would work. I loved it at first as well and I think it's a wonderful way to start this very experimental album out!

HELP! I can't stop listening to this song:dizzy2::dizzy2::dizzy2::dizzy2:

This song is pretty cool. Better than Another's Arms...according to iTunes live last time in Texas. :D

Anyone seen this? Always In My Head is sounding awesome!

it sounds like the tempo is less high in the studio version, but still sounds nice.

This album will be the dead for me... Man I WANT TO HEAR MORE OF ALWAYS IN MY HEAD STUDIO.
