What does everyone think? I think there is a very good chance of hearing A Sky Full of Stars at least on Friday at Cologne or at least the secret show on Saturday in Baden Baden which is also live on German radio :)

 

 

Someone is going to record it off the radio or record it. That's my opinion at least.

I reckon it depends if they are doing the same sort of setlist like the recent secret gigs or if they are doing a proper setlist like they would do if to then go on their tour

Given that Friday's concert will be streamed live on radio, 3 WEEKS before the album release, personally I doubt that they will play the full album at that show or the other shows of the promotional tour. I could be wrong, but to me that seems rather unlikely.

Well, it start's at 9pm in Germany so that's 8pm UK time :) As for whether it will be streamed or not is a mystery for now but I hope it will!

Well I wanna hear the album. I can't wait anymore to hear the new songs. I juat wanna know if I still love Coldplay or I just like them.

Well, so just do like I do and don't listen to it until you can listen to the studio version. It's exactly the same that I did with MX and all the albums of any band. Maybe the only thing that I do is just read the comments about the songs to get an idea and that's all.

After hearing half of MX before it's release, the actual album wasn't really fun to listen to for the first time. Lol.

It would be nice to hear new material before Ghost Stories comes out but I haven't searched for tracks/watched ITunes Festival footage (apart from a tiny clip) or other footage and I'm not going to search for new Coldplay material 'cos I want to keep it as a surprise when the album comes out :P x

-I've scoured the live threads of each concert and found that they are being broadcast on the radio (audio only, no video AFAIK).

-Also, if someone manages to rip/record the broadcast they can be found in MM in most likelihood

Will you succeed? I tried for MX, and even started trying for Ghost Stories....but my anticipation got the better of me. We may end up having 5 out of the 9 tracks, similar to MX where a few weeks before the whole album we had 7 of the 14!!
