Sounds plausible. Can anyone decipher the lyrics of the backing vocals?

It seems to say "before now" but I'm Italian so i'm surely doing a mistake eheh

I think they left enough room for a final tease tomorrow. Either the full name of the single, another snippet or a change in Coldplay.com

Sounds great!! A bit like Robot Rock which is cool :D Hope Will's prowess really shines through on this track.

It sounds like the backing vocals are saying- 2, 4, 5, and you...

I think the backing vocals sound like Chris but pitch shifted up.

Maybe the backing vocals are in Indian.

I've been following this thread for so long but I just joined now to add in here [emoji23] do you guys think the vocals in the gif are played backwards? Or even the whole audio.

If I knew how I would reverse it all to see if we could understand anything

Is the little boy sitting on that planet Chris? Looks similar.

I was thinking the same, it really looks like Chris!

Whoa!! Is this the single that our Coldplayer's heard?!?! It sounds like that is going to be a sick drop. I am all ready to dance and then the video ends :( Classic drop though and I love it. The funky guitar and the sudden drop. The weird background vocals remind me of Arcade Fire's Reflektor album.

Saket and the people who heard the song when Chris played you, is this it?

Sounds plausible. Can anyone decipher the lyrics of the backing vocals?

Sounds like"(something) father"

Guys, this snippet is making the wait been so worth it!!!! What an amazing snippet. It's pop, experimental, electronic, organic.. It's such a good blend

The snippet sounds very poppy and not like Coldplay at all. I am glad that the boys reinvented themselves once again!

And I love adventure of a lifetime as a title

This snippet is very alternative sounding. PLEASE LET THE REST OF THE SONG SOUND LIKE THIS

I'm downloading it now to play it backwards, but it seems that the music is played right...

And there are the stars. :D

I knew I could rely on them.

What I can decipher is ''Two/Keep for/on running...''

That snippet sounds fantastic !!!

It's reminds me of Bombay bicycle club's song Luna or Feel. Their last album had a lot of Indian influence and I'm thinking the boys will follow in that similar direction.

Even the video looks like BBC album cover. Lol.

I don't know if I am biased because of the images in the GIF, but I hear they are singing: "Two fold out"

Sounds like a hit! I love Bombay Bicycle Club and can already hear the similarities.

And yes, this could be the "audio" version of the video but then again, why do this when they filmed an entire video for it... Is this the song you heard at the video shoot @Saket ?

Good God this sounds so great!!! I was into it 1 second after it started playing. Just this snippet has left me with goosebumps everywhere. Can't wait for the rest of it!
